Change of Mind – After Delivery: Changed your mind after receiving a product? No worries! Return the item to our warehouse within 2 days of delivery for a full credit refund.

Upon receiving the items, we’ll promptly process the credit and notify you.

Our Commitment to Quality: Rest assured, we double-check all orders before delivery. Our frozen and refrigerated goods are transported in optimal conditions to maintain quality. Our drivers offer to inspect items with you on delivery, ensuring your satisfaction.

Returning Perishable Goods: For items needing special conditions, please return them with the driver during delivery for food safety. We cannot accept perishable goods back after delivery for safety reasons.

Cost of Returns: Ideally, return items to the driver during delivery to avoid extra hassle and costs. If you change your mind later, you have 2 days from delivery to return items. Any additional return costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, in the case of faulty products, contact us at +61 403739707, and we’ll facilitate a return at no extra cost.
